Our commitment

Julianne Pulido is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we work to identify and fix accessibility barriers as they are found.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels so screen readers can navigate the site clearly.
• Provide a "Skip to content" link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
• Ensure text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color contrast requirements.
• Label form fields and images (including alternative text) so their purpose is clear to assistive technology.
• Test key pages with automated accessibility tools as part of our development process.

Known limitations

No website is perfectly accessible to every user and technology combination. Some third-party content, such as embedded listing search tools, may not be under our direct control. We continue to review and improve these areas over time.
